1: Opening statement from senior management
Civil and Commercial Costs Limited (“we”) are committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and our supply chain, and we impose the same high standards on our suppliers.
We are not legally required to provide this statement, however, to demonstrate our commitment to reducing slavery in our supply chain we have taken to decision to implement policies and assist those within our supply chain members who are legally required to produce such a statement in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
2: Structure of the organisation
We are a Legal Costs Consultancy in the UK.
In order to provide our legal costs service we work with a range of suppliers including Law Firms, Barrister Chambers, Accountants, IT providers, recruiters and members of the public.
3: Policies
As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery, we have implemented an Anti Slavery and a Whistleblowing Policy, which are available at your request.
4: Due diligence
- We reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains by regularly reviewing our business practice to ensure;
- We monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains.

- We provide adequate protection for whistle-blowers.
5: Risk and compliance
We do not consider that we operate in high risk sector or location.
We ensure we adhere to our clients Anti Slavery Policies when asked to do so and assist with any due diligence enquires they have concerning compliance. We enforce a strict code of compliance and do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.
6: Our Employees
We encourage all employees to identify and report any potential breaches of the anti-slavery and human trafficking policy.
